Die HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Praktikant/-in (m/w/d) für den HSV Business Club zur Unterstützung unseres Teams für sechs Monate.

Der HSV Business Club verbindet die Welt des Sports mit der Welt des Business und bietet seinen Mitgliedern ein exklusives Netzwerk sowie vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Austausch und zur Vernetzung. Mit unseren Business Club Events und Networking-Veranstaltungen schaffen wir über das gesamte Jahr hinweg besondere Begegnungen, bringen Unternehmen zusammen und bieten unseren Mitgliedern einzigartige Erlebnisse rund um den HSV.

Als Praktikant/-in (m/w/d) erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Organisation und Umsetzung unserer Veranstaltungen, die Betreuung unserer Business Club-Mitglieder sowie in die verschiedenen Bereiche des B2B- und Sportbusiness. Dabei übernimmst du von Beginn an Verantwortung und hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte und Ideen einzubringen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung exklusiver Veranstaltungen vom HSV Business Club
  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung unserer Business Club Mitglieder und Gäst/-innen vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Business Club Events, Netzwerkveranstaltungen, und weiteren exklusiven Business Club Veranstaltungen
  • Übernahme eigener kleinerer Projekte und Aufgabenbereiche in Abstimmung mit dem Team
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Inhalte unserer Business Club App in enger Abstimmung mit Sportfive und unserem Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen des HSV Business Clubs
  • Durchführung von Recherchen sowie Aufbereitung von Informationen zu Unternehmen, Branchen und potenziellen Business Club Kontakten
  • Übernahme allgemeiner organisatorischer Aufgaben, beispielsweise Terminplanung und -koordination sowie Pflege und Ablage von Projektunterlagen

Wir würden dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn du

  • aktuell eine Ausbildung zum/zur Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) für Marketingkommunikation oder ein vergleichbares Studium absolvierst,
  • ein Pflichtpraktikum von sechs Monaten absolvieren möchtest,
  • Freude daran hast, Veranstaltungen zu organisieren und unsere Business Club Mitglieder persönlich zu betreuen,
  • strukturiert arbeitest, den Überblick behältst und auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Aufgaben zuverlässig und eigenständig arbeitest,
  • kommunikativ bist und ein professionelles sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten mitbringst und
  • die Kombination aus Sport, Events und Business spannend findest.
