Einleitung

Wir suchen am Standort Bonn eine:n Finanzbuchhalter:in. Im Zuge unserer Weiterentwicklung führen wir aktuell eine neue Software für unser Rechnungswesen ein, und Du kannst von Anfang an dabei sein. Als Teil unseres Teams wirkst Du aktiv bei der Implementierung der neuen Lösung mit.

Was Dich erwartet

Im Mittelpunkt deiner abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit steht die eigenverantwortliche Buchhaltung in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Dazu zählen unter anderem:

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung der neuen Software im Rechnungswesen sowie KI-gestützte Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit Verantwortung für die Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Kontenklärungen
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Meldepflichten
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zur/zum Finanzbuchhalter:in sowie eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gutes Verständnis für umsatzsteuerliche Sachverhalte
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in der Vorbereitung von Monatsabschlüssen und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Neugier und Offenheit, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, besonders im Bereich KI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software sowie mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
