Vi søger en lærer til 1. årgang med linjefag i matematik og gerne kompetencer inden for natur/teknologi og idræt. Du skal brænde for indskolingen og have lyst til at skabe en varieret og meningsfuld skoledag for alle børn.

En skole med plads til forskellighed, fællesskab og kreativitet

På Ole Rømer-Skolen arbejder vi målrettet med elevernes læring, trivsel og dannelse. Vi har et anerkendende børnesyn og lægger vægt på, at alle børn oplever deltagelse, udvikling og tilhør. Vores elever har mange forskellige sproglige og kulturelle baggrunde, og derfor har vi et særligt fokus på sproglig udvikling i alle fag, undervisningsdifferentiering og stærke børnefællesskaber.

Vi arbejder i dobbelte årgangsteams med fælles forberedelse, ugentlige teammøder og løbende faglig udvikling. Projektbaseret læring (PBL) er en del af vores arbejde med Fremtidens Skole, og vi har minimum 10 ugers PBL om året. Samtidig har skolen en musisk/kreativ profil med et tæt samarbejde med Musik- og Billedskolen og Danmarks Underholdningsorkester.

Vær med til at udvikle fremtidens indskoling

Ole Rømer-Skolen er fordelt på to matrikler, og du får din daglige arbejdsplads i Børne- og Kulturhuset. Vi er i gang med at gentænke og videreudvikle skolens organisering på tværs af matriklerne, og du får mulighed for at bidrage til udviklingen af fremtidens indskoling med fokus på læring, leg, musik og et godt børneliv.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Kan skabe læringsmiljøer, hvor alle børn har mulighed for at deltage og udvikle sig.
  • Har en legende og kreativ tilgang til undervisning.
  • Har interesse for sproglig udvikling og andetsprogstilegnelse.

Praktiske oplysninger

Stillingen er på 37 timer om ugen med ansættelse pr. 1. januar 2027 eller gerne tidligere.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår er i henhold til gældende overenskomst. Vi indhenter børne- og straffeattester samt referencer fra tidligere ansættelser.
