Hos os får du et unikt indblik i, hvor vigtig en rolle omsorgspersoner spiller i andre menneskers liv. Som spire er du med til at skabe tryghed, nærvær og livsglæde for vores beboere.

Om jobbet

Som spire bliver du en vigtig del af hverdagen for vores beboere. Din/jeres opgave er at være nærværende og bidrage til at skabe gode stunder for husets beboere og hvor I selv kan medvirke til at skabe indholdet

Eftermiddagene kan bl.a. bruges til at :

  • Samtale og have samvær med beboerne
  • Højtlæsning og spil
  • Gåture i haven
  • Kreative aktiviteter

I vil blive en del af et omsorgsfuldt fællesskab – hvor respekt, værdighed og nærvær er i højsædet 😊, vi sikrer naturligvis tryg intro – og man er aldrig alene i huset.

Arbejdstid

Mandag og torsdag kl. 15.00–17.00 (2 eftermiddage om ugen – i alt 4 timer ugentligt)

Vi søger dig/jer som:

  • Er 16 eller 17 år
  • Har lyst til at arbejde med ældre mennesker
  • Er imødekommende, ansvarlig og nysgerrig
  • Kan sprede smil og god energi

Det er vigtigt at du er 16 eller 17 år. Hvis du er over 18 år, kan du ikke komme i betragtning.

Løn

Løn efter gældende overenskomst for ungarbejdere.
