WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC systems (York, Trane, Desert Aire) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls failures. Maintain cultivation environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow. Support operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Rooftop Units (RTUs), Chillers, Dry Coolers, Cooling Towers, Dehumidification Systems, Exhaust and Makeup Air Systems, Fan Coil Units, Split Systems, Refrigeration Equipment Monitor and optimize energy usage while maintaining environmental targets. Perform commissioning and recommissioning of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS). Diagnose sensor, controller, VFD, network, and communication issues. Calibrate environmental sensors and instrumentation. Support modifications to HVAC sequences of operation. Identify opportunities to automate manual environmental control processes

Candidates should possess significant experience with the following:
