Tim Moran Auto Group is looking for sales professionals—not order takers.

If you're looking for a dealership where customers are handed to you, management makes your deals, and you can coast your way to a paycheck...

We're building an elite sales team made up of people who are competitive, coachable, relentless, and obsessed with winning.

Here are the minimum expectations:

  • Sell 15 vehicles every month
  • Make 100 outbound calls every workday
  • Send 50 personalized emails and text messages every workday
  • Set 2 manager-confirmed appointments every day
  • Complete at least 1 hour of professional sales training every day
  • Post 1 original social media video every workday
  • Earn 20 referrals from every customer who purchases a vehicle
