What We’re Looking For

  • Not Afraid of the Phone: Success in car sales happens when you build relationships. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to leads, following up with customers, and making cold/warm calls daily.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A career here rewards effort. The harder and smarter you work, the more you make.
  • Great People Skills: You can listen, connect, and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right vehicle for their lives and budgets.
  • Coachability: You don't need experience, but you do need a willingness to learn our proven sales process.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required to conduct test drives and move inventory.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making daily outbound phone calls, handling inbound inquiries, and scheduling dealership appointments.
  • Guiding customers through the inventory, highlighting vehicle features, and facilitating test drives.
  • Building a personalized portfolio of loyal, repeat clients.
  • Working alongside our sales managers to present transparent pricing and financing options.
  • Following up with previous buyers to ensure satisfaction and ask for referrals.
