Om rollen Customer Success Manager har ansvar for å sikre at kundene oppnår maksimal verdi av Hubexo sine produkter gjennom hele kundelivssyklusen. Rollen dekker onboarding, relasjonsforvaltning, rådgivning, opplæring, kundestøtte og kommersielt ansvar. Stillingen innebærer å veilede kundene i bruk av plattformen, identifisere behov og forbedringsmuligheter, samt drive adopsjon og videreutvikling av kundeforholdet. Rollen er kundens primære kontaktpunkt og har ansvar for fornyelser, verdibasert dialog og identifisering av vekstmuligheter. Gjennom tett samarbeid med interne team og høy produktforståelse bidrar CSM til høy kundetilfredshet, sterk lojalitet og langsiktig verdiskaping for både kunde og selskap.   Ansvarsområder

Eie og utvikle hele kundereisen fra kontraktsignering til langsiktig suksess Sikre effektiv onboarding og rask verdirealisering for nye kunder Rådgive og veilede kunder i bruk av plattformen med tydelig fokus på verdi Bygge sterke, tillitsbaserte relasjoner med nøkkelpersoner, inkludert ledelse og toppnivå Drive adopsjon, engasjement og dokumenterte resultater hos kundene Ansvar for fornyelser, prisdialog og kontraktsforhandlinger Identifisere mersalgsmuligheter og samarbeide tett med Key Account Manager Eie kundetilfredshet (NPS), lojalitet og churn-forebyggende tiltak Analysere kundebruk og adferd, og omsette innsikt til konkrete tiltak Være kundens talsperson internt og bidra til tett samarbeid på tvers av team Rapportere strukturert på kundebehov, risiko og forbedringsmuligheter

  Arbeidsoppgaver

Ha jevn og proaktiv dialog med egen kundeportefølje Planlegge og gjennomføre onboarding, også for ledelse og toppnivå hos kunde Gjennomføre opplæring, webinarer og rådgivningsmøter Forstå kundens mål og tilpasse løsningene deretter Jobbe systematisk for å sikre høy kundetilfredshet og langvarige relasjoner Håndtere kundehenvendelser effektivt via blant annet telefon, e-post, chat og videomøter Dokumentere og følge opp kundereisen i CRM- og supportsystemer Lede og delta i initiativer som styrker kundesuksess og produktforståelse Samarbeide tett med interne team for best mulig kundeopplevelse Bygge dyp produktkompetanse og fungere som intern rådgiver
