The posting

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Infrastructures et du Service Client, et placé(e) sous la responsabilité du Responsable Pôle Services, Systèmes et Sécurité, vous jouez un rôle central dans le pilotage opérationnel du pôle Niveau 2.

En véritable référent(e) métier et manager de proximité, vous garantissez la performance du service, la cohérence des actions et la qualité de traitement des demandes au sein d'un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.

Votre mission : orchestrer, optimiser et accompagner l’activité de votre équipe pour assurer une continuité de service irréprochable, tout en contribuant activement à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils.

VOS MISSIONS

Pilotage opérationnel du pôle Niveau 2

  • Organiser et prioriser les activités de l’équipe (installations, déploiements, migrations…).
  • Arbitrer les demandes et assurer la répartition équilibrée des charges.
  • Être le point d’escalade pour les problématiques techniques complexes.

Suivi des tâches et gestion des incidents

  • Coordonner les actions émises par les équipes Niveau 3 et en contrôler l’avancement.
  • Gérer les plannings des collaborateurs Niveau 2.
  • Valider la faisabilité des demandes d’ATPs.

Gestion des mises en production

  • Examiner et approuver les LLDs.
  • Garantir la conformité, la qualité et la bonne documentation des opérations.

Reporting et pilotage de la capacité

  • Produire des reportings réguliers sur l’activité du pôle (tâches, incidents, charge).
  • Suivre la capacité de l’infrastructure et des services critiques.

Interlocuteur privilégié DSI / Production

  • Porter les demandes d’automatisation et d’industrialisation.
  • Assurer la cohérence opérationnelle entre les équipes.

Gestion de l’inventaire et des stocks

  • Superviser les entrées / sorties des équipements (EasyVista).
  • Construire et améliorer les processus associés.
  • Maintenir une gestion précise des stocks et consommables pour garantir la disponibilité du parc.

Amélioration continue

  • Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation (workflows, outils, technologies).
  • Contribuer activement au respect de la PSSI et à la montée en maturité du service.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES REQUISES

Indispensables

  • Expérience en encadrement d’une équipe à taille humaine (4 collaborateurs).
  • Maîtrise de VMware.
  • Expertise AD, LDAP et environnement Microsoft.
  • Connaissances solides en sécurité : proxy, antivirus, scanners de vulnérabilités, firewalls, WAF…
  • Compétences Linux (CentOS, RedHat, AlmaLinux apprécié).

Souhaitées

  • Culture DevOps : APIs, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Connaissances d’outils de supervision/observabilité : Elastic, Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplôme de type Bac+3 à Bac+5, parcours Microsoft orienté administration système ou certification Linux.
  • Forte appétence pour l’administration système sur parc Linux.
  • Curiosité, ouverture d’esprit et motivation pour comprendre nos métiers.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, multi-projets et multi-clients.
  • Vision transverse des infrastructures et de la sécurité périmétrique.
  • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
  • Sens du service, esprit d’équipe et force de proposition.
  • Anglais technique requis.
