🎯 Ton rôle :

En tant qu’AI Engineer Confirmé, tu interviens au cœur des projets pour concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions d’intelligence artificielle à forte valeur ajoutée.

Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Data pour transformer des besoins métiers en produits IA performants et scalables.

🔥 Tes missions :

🧠 Conception de solutions IA

Imaginer et concevoir des architectures adaptées (LLM, RAG, agents, NLP, ML…) en fonction des besoins clients.

⚙️ Développement & intégration

Développer des pipelines robustes (data → modèle → API → produit) et intégrer les modèles dans des environnements applicatifs.

🚀 Industrialisation

Mettre en production des modèles (Docker, cloud, APIs), assurer leur performance, leur monitoring et leur scalabilité.

📊 Optimisation & évaluation

Améliorer la qualité des modèles (prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval, métriques) et gérer les problématiques d’hallucination, latence et coûts.

🤝 Collaboration produit & métier

Travailler avec les Product Managers et les équipes métier pour construire des cas d’usage pertinents et impactants.

📚 Veille & innovation

Rester à la pointe des évolutions IA (GenAI, agents, nouveaux modèles) et contribuer à la montée en compétence collective.

👀 Es-tu notre futur(e) Hubvisor ?

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en IA / ML / Data
  • Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks ML/DL (PyTorch, TensorFlow…)
  • Expérience sur des sujets GenAI (LLM, RAG, agents)
  • Connaissance des environnements cloud et des outils de mise en production
  • Capacité à vulgariser et à collaborer avec des équipes non techniques
  • Curiosité, rigueur et esprit problem solver

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

Expérience

  • 2 ans minimum sur de l’Ia Générative

Socle technique (must-have)

  • Lecture de code (Python / JS), bases SQL
  • Architecture RAG et APIs (REST / GraphQL)

Atouts

  • MLOps, orchestration, data manipulation

Soft skills

  • Forte curiosité

Langue

  • Anglais courant requis
