Job Description

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern GenAI solutions.

Location: Schaumburg, IL Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Authorization: USC/GC Only

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong hands-on GenAI development experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
  • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning principles.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Proven experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), including both open-source and commercial models.
  • Experience developing Agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration using frameworks such as: LangGraph CrewAI OpenAI Agents Similar agent-based AI frameworks
  • Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent, agent-based AI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI/GenAI challenges.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
  • Passion for developing practical solutions using AI and Generative AI technologies.
