Le poste

Hudson Talent Solutions recrute, pour le compte de l'un des fabricants de chocolat et de confiseries les plus emblématiques au monde, un recruteur ou une recruteuse bilingue afin de soutenir le recrutement à volume élevé dans ses sites de fabrication de Granby et de Saint-Hyacinthe, au Québec.

Ce poste est entièrement en présentiel. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de site, les gestionnaires d'embauche et les équipes RH afin d'assurer un flux constant de talents, du premier contact jusqu'à l'offre d'emploi.

Ce que vous ferez concrètement

•Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour des postes à volume élevé en production, en opérations et en soutien aux usines.

•Trouver des candidats par l'entremise de sites d'emploi, des réseaux sociaux, des recommandations, des salons de l'emploi et de partenariats avec la communauté dans les régions de Granby et de Saint-Hyacinthe.

•Effectuer la présélection des candidats, coordonner les entrevues et tenir les candidats informés et engagés tout au long du processus.

•Organiser des événements de recrutement et des journées d'embauche sur place, et participer aux salons de l'emploi locaux.

•Collaborer avec les responsables de site et les gestionnaires d'embauche afin de bien comprendre leurs besoins en personnel et leurs priorités.

•Tenir à jour les dossiers des candidats et les rapports dans le système de suivi des candidatures.

•Coordonner les offres d'emploi et la transition vers l'intégration avec les RH afin d'assurer une arrivée harmonieuse des nouveaux employés.

•Suivre les activités de recrutement et l'état du bassin de candidats, et communiquer des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes.

•Une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique à volume élevé et qui sait gérer plusieurs postes ouverts à la fois.

•Une excellente communication en français et en anglais, avec l'aisance de passer d'une langue à l'autre au quotidien.

•Une personne organisée et rigoureuse, capable de faire avancer les dossiers sans perdre en précision.

•Une personne qui aime le contact humain, être sur le terrain et bâtir des relations avec les équipes des sites et la communauté locale.

•Une personne proactive et débrouillarde, toujours à la recherche de nouvelles façons d'attirer les talents dans un marché local concurrentiel.

Ce que vous apportez

•Expérience en recrutement à volume élevé, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier, de production ou industriel.

•Expérience du cycle complet de recrutement, de la recherche de candidats jusqu'à l'offre d'emploi.

•Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, car vous travaillerez régulièrement avec des gestionnaires d'embauche, des partenaires RH et des équipes de recrutement anglophones ailleurs en Amérique du Nord.

•Expérience avec un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS).

•Capacité à travailler entièrement en présentiel à Granby et à Saint-Hyacinthe, au Québec.

Recruiter, High Volume

Granby & Saint-Hyacinthe, QC · Onsite

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of the world's most iconic chocolate and confectionery companies for a bilingual Recruiter to support high volume hiring across its manufacturing sites in Granby and Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

This is a fully onsite role, working closely with site leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to keep a steady flow of great talent coming through the door, from first contact through to offer.

What You Will Actually Do

•Manage full cycle recruitment for high volume roles across production, operations, and plant support positions.

•Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships in the Granby and Saint-Hyacinthe areas.

•Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.

•Organize hiring events and onsite recruitment days, and attend local job fairs.

•Partner with site leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

•Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system.

•Coordinate offers and onboarding handoffs with HR to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

•Track recruiting activity and pipeline status, and share regular updates with stakeholders.

What You Bring

•Experience in high volume recruiting, ideally within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.

•Full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer.

•Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. English is required for this role, as you will regularly work with English speaking hiring managers, HR partners, and recruitment teams across North America.

•Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).

•Ability to work fully onsite in Granby and Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
