  • Schnelle und anforderungsgerechte Auftragsbearbeitung: Sie übernehmen die Durchführung von Reparatur- und Wartungsaufträgen eigenständig, effizient und stets nach den Vorgaben von Hugo Pfohe sowie den jeweiligen Herstellern. Dabei sorgen Sie dafür, dass alle Arbeiten termingerecht und in höchster Qualität erledigt werden.
  • Prüfung des Allgemeinzustands von Kundenfahrzeugen: Sie inspizieren die Fahrzeuge gründlich, dokumentieren den Zustand und erkennen mögliche Mängel oder Defekte frühzeitig. So tragen Sie aktiv zur Sicherheit und Werterhaltung der Kundenfahrzeuge bei.
  • Beobachtung der Produktqualität: Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit und stellen sicher, dass alle Reparaturen und Wartungen den hohen Standards entsprechen. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsrichtlinien.
  • Fachgerechter Einsatz von Spezialwerkzeugen: Sie nutzen die vorhandenen Spezialwerkzeuge sachgemäß, pflegen diese sorgfältig und stellen deren einwandfreien Zustand sicher, um präzise und effiziente Arbeitsergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
  • Nutzung von Kundendienstinformationen: Sie greifen regelmäßig auf aktuelle Reparatur- und Prüfmethoden zurück und arbeiten so stets nach den neuesten technischen Standards. Dadurch sichern Sie die Qualität und Effizienz Ihrer Arbeit.
  • Umgang mit modernster Fahrzeug- und Diagnosetechnik: Sie bedienen und nutzen moderne Diagnose- und Prüftechnik, um Fehler schnell und präzise zu erkennen und Reparaturen fachgerecht durchzuführen. Dabei bleiben Sie immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Fahrzeugtechnik.
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Handwerk.
  • Sie bringen Leistungsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit in Ihre tägliche Arbeit ein.
  • Sie zeigen Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und möchten Ihr Wissen stetig erweitern.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Motivation, Einsatzfreude und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung.
