  • Du bist zuständig für die Besetzung von anspruchsvollen Stellen und betreust den gesamten Prozess – Recruiting, Vorstellungsgespräche, Einstellung, Onboarding, Offboarding
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Beratung aller mitarbeiterbezogene Themen
  • Du sorgst für die Förderung und Aufrechterhaltung effektiver HR-Verfahren und -Richtlinien
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Personalthemen wie Arbeitsverträge, Mitarbeitergespräche, Sondervereinbarungen, Gesundheitsmanagement, Benefits, etc.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter und die Geschäftsführung bei allen personalbezogenen Themen
  • Du implementierst neue und optimierst bestehende HR-Prozesse
  • Du bietest unseren Mitarbeitern, die aus dem Ausland kommen, Unterstützung beim Umzug nach Deutschland inklusive der Bearbeitung von Anträgen für Aufenthaltstiteln
  • Du bist zuständig für die Überwachung und Vorbereitung der Lohnbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Du planst und organisierst Teamevents und bist für die reibungslose Durchführung verantwortlich
  • Du erstellst regelmäßig Berichterstattungen und Präsentationen über dein Aufgabenfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master Studium in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsrecht, Psychologie, Pädagogik oder Personalmanagement
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
  • Du bist fit im Arbeitsrecht und hältst dich bei relevanten Gesetzesänderungen stets auf dem neuesten Stand
  • Du bringst viel Motivation und Umsetzungskompetenz mit
  • Du magst Herausforderungen, bist belastbar und lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion zeichnen dich aus
  • Du verfügst über eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du überzeugst uns mit deinem Organisationstalent und deinen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du hast hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen mit dem Personalinformationssystem Personio
