ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:

  • Подсигуряване на коректното и своевременно обработване на постъпилите кандидатури, както и активен head-hunting
  • Консултиране и подпомагане на ръководителите в целия процес на Подбор (изготвяне на профил на кандидат, приселекция, провеждане на интервюта и др.)
  • Идентифициране на специфичните канали за привличане на таланти, спрямо таргетираната група кандидати
  • Сътрудничество при разработването и изпълнението на цялостна стратегия по Подбор съвместно с ръководството на фирмата.
  • Организиране и провеждане на кариерни форуми и събития и др.

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:

  • Подходящо висше образование
  • Задълбочени познания в областта на подбор на ресурси в областта на информационните технологии.
  • Много добро владеене на английски език писмено и говоримо
  • Минимум 2 години професионален опит на подобна позиция
  • много добри компютърни умения (MS office, опит в работата със специализирани системи за подбор и др.)
  • Отлични организационни и комуникативни умения
  • Умение за работа в екип и отлични комуникационни умения; Аналитичност; Организираност, Прецизност и Оперативност.
