Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

Description of job duties and responsibilities:

1. Create a project plan with relevant team members.

2. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.

3. Identify the resources needed for the project and take care the project team for the necessary resource.

4. Oversee the implementation of the project improvements.

5. Manage project throughout entire execution to entire success as define by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timelines.

6. Monitor project process continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

7. Communicate proactively with all involved personal to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

8. Review proposed modifications on the project plans, including meetings with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

9. Establish and organize with the appropriate resource training program for the project for the production, maintenance and quality when is necessary.

10. Hold regular technical teams meetings to determine process and address any questions or challenges regarding the project.

11. Preparation of a budget and schedule for the project implementation.

12. Define machine specifications for new equipment according to the needs of the project.

13. Follow up the purchasing process of the new equipment and has full responsibilities for the technical aspects from the point of RFQ till the moment of delivery of the equipment to the production.

14. Assigning the necessary tasks for the project to the designated technical departments.

General duties and responsibilities:

1. To observe the rules for the internal order for work to avoid dangers and harms for themselves and others.

2. To follow the instructions for labor safety.

3. Always keep workplace clean.

4. To fully implement and follow the instructions of the quality system

5. To strictly observe the quality requirements of the operations performed by them.

6. All tasks to be performed on time in accordance with the quality standards of the company and respectively to all customer requirements.

7. To fill in the forms provided in the instructions. Never write wrong information in them.

8. To keep internal, production, customer secrets. Information shall be provided only with the written permission of the Executive Director.

9. To preserve the image of the company as a high quality and modern enterprise among workers and society.

10. Complies with the requirements of the Quality Management System and the company procedures under ISO 9001: 2008, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2004.
