Като агенция за подбор, ние в HUMAN POWER BG работим с някои от най-добрите и най-големи международни компании в бранша.

ОСНОВНИ ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ И ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:

  • Участва в разработването на бюджетите за издръжка на персонала по структурни звена: прогнози на разходите за работни заплати и издръжка на персонала, за социалните разходи, разходи за обучение и развитие на персонала;
  • Действа като консултант на мениджърите и персонала относно политики, документи и процедури;
  • Комуникира с външното счетоводство и осигурява цялата необходима информация;
  • Контролира документалната обезпеченост и отчетност на планирани разходи за закупуване на стоки, материали или услуги от външни доставчици на българския пазар;
  • Поддържа ефективна комуникация с държавни институции;

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ ЗА ПОЗИЦИЯТА:

  • Образование Висше икономическо образование;
  • Опит минимум 1 година опит, свързан с длъжността;
  • Език английски език - ниво В2 писмено и говоримо;
