Rolle

Der leitende Fachberater ist für die Implementierung des SuccessFactors Employee Central-Moduls innerhalb eines Gesamtprogramms oder Projekts zur Implementierung von SuccessFactors verantwortlich, das sowohl die internen als auch die externen (kundenorientierten) Aktivitäten umfasst, die für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung erforderlich sind. Durch die Anwendung von Best Practices, länderspezifischem Wissen und technischem Know-how stellen sie sicher, dass die Lösung den Anforderungen und Spezifikationen des Kunden entspricht.

Aufgaben

Die Aufgabe ist es, sicher zu stellen, dass alle Professional Services-Programme die richtige Qualität der Ergebnisse in die Produktionsumgebung eines Kunden liefern, sodass die Firma die Erwartungen des Kunden an den Go-Live erfüllt und eine Plattform für eine lange und für beide Seiten vorteilhafte Beziehung bietet. Die Rolle trägt die Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung gemäß der geeigneten Implementierungsmethodik (FastTrack oder SAP Activate) für das Programm und dafür, dass diese innerhalb des Programms einheitlich verwendet und angewendet wird. Die Rolle unterstützt auch die Vertriebsfunktion mit Scoping, Lösungsdesign und Schätzung für Nicht-FastTrack-Projekte, um sicherzustellen, dass der gesamte Umfang einer Implementierung bekannt und dokumentiert ist.   Kentnisse und Fähigkeiten:

  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bereitstellung von HR-Lösungen/-Dienstleistungen
  • 5+ Jahre in der Implementierung und Integration von SAP HCM und/oder anderen Payroll Systemen und SuccessFactors-Produkten
  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einem globalen (mehr als 5 Länder) End-to-End-Bereitstellungsprojekt mit Employee Central in einer leitenden Funktion
  • Nachgewiesene Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors-Produkten, idealerweise mehr als ein Modul oder ein kompletter Bereich
  • Verständnis und Erfahrung von Datenmigrationsprozessen zur Unterstützung von HR-Lösungen und Projektumsetzungen
  • Erfahrung im Testen von Diensten und Systemen in einer SaaS-Technologieumgebung
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von kundenorientierten Design-Workshops
  • SuccessFactors Professional Level-Zertifizierung in Employee Central vorteilhaft
  • Erfahrung in SAP HCM erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in Integration mit SAP HCM erwünscht.
