Human Power е компания, която предоставя консултации и подбор на кадри за едни от най-добрите компании в България. За наш партньор - международно производство, търсим да назначим Началник поддръжка в производство:

ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:

  • Оптимизиране на механичната работа на оборудването и повишаване на ефективността на производствения процес;
  • Участие в идентифициране на проблеми и съответна намеса в машините/оборудването;
  • Изпълнение на необходимия план за превантивна механична поддръжка, като се анализира вида и периодичността на прегледите на оборудването;
  • Грижа за удължаването на живота на оборудването и допринасяне за разрешаването на често срещани повреди;
  • Анализиране на механичните повреди и неизправности на оборудването и определяне на необходимия вид поддръжка; координиране на изпълнението на коригиращи дейности по поддръжката;
  • Работа и контакт с външни доставчици на услуги/доставчици на оборудване за механична поддръжка, заедно с отдела за логистика, и анализиране на техните предложения по отношение на график, цена и тип услуга;
  • Оценка на нуждите на инфраструктурата на заводите по отношение на поддръжката и осигуряване на нейното разрешаване;
  • Изготвяне на бюджета за отдел Механична поддръжка.
  • Координиране на екип от механици и електромеханици, разпределяне на задачи, одобряване на графици;

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:

  • Завършено инженерно образование (Механика, Елетротехника, Мехатроника или сродна);
  • Минимум 2 години предишен опит в производство на същата или подобна позиция;
  • Ниво на Английски език -B2 и на горе;
  • Добра организация и комуникативни умения;
  • Готовност да бъде на разположение при възникване на аварии;
