Human Power е компания, която предоставя консултация и подбор на кадри за най-добрите компании в България. Във връзка с разрастване на дейността на фирмата и излизане на нови пазари на наш партньор, търсим: Aвтор на техническа документация/Technical Writer.   Отговорности:

  • Разработва техническата, потребителската и производствената документация на продуктите, произвеждани от фирмата;
  • Проучва спецификациите и други технически изисквания, необходими за създаването на финалната документация към продуктите и решенията на фирмата;
  • Познава и използва продуктите и решенията на фирмата при създаването на прилежащата им документация;
  • Форматира, редактира и актуализира документацията в електронен формат;
  • Създава потребителска документация и документи за обучения по продуктите и решенията на фирмата;
  • Дава обратна връзка към останалия технически състав с цел отстраняване на установени проблеми с продуктите и решенията на формата;
  • Участва или води самостоятелно обучения на клиенти и колеги при запознаването им с продуктите и решенията на фирмата;
  • Подписва официални документи при необходимост и в рамките на своите компетенции.

Изисквания:

  • Висше техническо образование;
  • отличен английски език на техническо ниво;
  • Компютърна грамотност: Microsoft Office, системи за документация, въведени във фирмата и други среди за изготвяне на графични или текстови описания на фирмени продукти;
  • умения да предоставя информация в достъпен и коректен вид;
  • комуникативност и организираност в работата;
  • задълбочени познания и умения в сферата на телекомуникациите;
  • умения за създаване на контакти със служители от други администрации и фирми;
  • кореспонденция; умения за работа в екип;
  • Да притежава разрешение за достъп до класифицирана информация, издадено от ДАНС до ниво СЕКРЕТНО (ако е необходимо, ние ще го издадем).
