Humanis Partners, cabinet de conseil RH 360° spécialisé dans le recrutement, la formation et l'accompagnement des transformations organisationnelles, recrute pour son client : Inspecteur Adjoint - Conseil en Gestion de Patrimoine (H/F)

Notre client est une groupe d'assurances, spécialisée dans l'optimisation de la fiscalité, l'organisation de la succession, la valorisation du patrimoine, la protection de la famille ainsi que la préparation à la retraite.

Vos missions :

Rattaché à l'inspecteur patrimonial, vous avez en charge l'animation de l'équipe de 8 conseillers en gestion de patrimoine sur le secteur de l'Oise (60) et une partie du 02.

- Assurer le lien entre le terrain et l'inspecteur, - Assurer et mettre en place les actions commerciales, - Veiller à la réalisation du mix-produit : épargne-retraite, prévoyance et immobilier, - Recruter et accompagner les nouveaux entrants sur le terrain, - Faire monter en compétence votre équipe de CGP, - Développer un réseau de prescripteurs ,

Garant du bon développement de vos équipes, vous les accompagnez dans leurs formations, leur montée en expertise ainsi que dans la réussite commerciale et l'épanouissement personnel.

Vous insufflez une réelle dynamique commerciale orientée sur la recommandation par la mise en place de challenges, d'accompagnement terrain et de pilotage des résultats.

De formation supérieure, vous avez une expérience indéniable dans le management d'une force commerciale et justifiez aussi d'une expertise avérée en gestion de patrimoine dans le milieu de la banque-assurance.

Professionnel de la vente, homme/femme de réseau, vous êtes capable de vous afficher comme une référence reconnue dans la profession de conseil auprès d'une clientèle exigeante et haut de gamme.

Vous souhaitez par votre expérience et capacité à fédérer une équipe, emmener vos CGP vers la performance mais aussi vous bâtir une rémunération à la hauteur de vos ambitions financières.

Vous résidez obligatoirement sur l'axe Compiègne-Chantilly
