Humanis Partners, cabinet de conseil RH 360° spécialisé dans le recrutement, la formation et l'accompagnement des transformations organisationnelles, recrute pour son client : Key Account Manager National RHF (H/F)

Notre client est une PME agroalimentaire engagée dans l'alimentation durable. Il conçoit et fabrique des alternatives végétales à la viande, qu'il distribue auprès des professionnels de la Restauration Hors Foyer. Entreprise à mission fortement engagée en matière de RSE, il connaît une croissance soutenue et renforce son équipe commerciale RHF.

Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial RHF, vous prenez en charge le développement et la gestion des comptes stratégiques nationaux du circuit RHF : chaînes de restaurants, hôtellerie, sociétés de restauration collective, distributeurs et grossistes.

  • Piloter et développer un portefeuille de comptes clés nationaux, dans une logique de partenariat durable,
  • Prospecter de nouvelles chaînes et de nouveaux grands comptes, et identifier les opportunités de référencement,
  • Construire et déployer les plans d'affaires de vos comptes (chiffre d'affaires, volumes, marge, rentabilité),
  • Préparer et mener les négociations nationales, accords-cadres et accords avec les centrales, dans le respect de la politique commerciale,
  • Répondre aux appels d'offres nationaux et animer les distributeurs et grossistes alimentaires,
  • Déployer les accords nationaux sur le terrain, en binôme avec les KAM régionaux (opérations trade, animations, plans d'actions),
  • Suivre et analyser la performance de vos comptes, et assurer une veille marché et concurrentielle,
  • Représenter l'entreprise sur les salons professionnels (SIAL, Sirha…), lors des rendez-vous clients et des dégustations.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, R&D, production, supply chain, ADV et finance, pour construire des offres qui répondent pleinement aux attentes de vos clients.

Poste en CDI, avec un salaire de 70 K€ brut annuel et une prime annuelle. Le package comprend :

  • un véhicule de fonction,
  • l'intéressement,
  • la mutuelle,
  • un panier repas de 18 € par jour travaillé,
  • des chèques cadeaux et le CSE,
  • une prime et des congés d'ancienneté.

De formation supérieure commerciale ou en agroalimentaire, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience réussie sur un poste de KAM à dimension nationale, dans l'agroalimentaire et sur le circuit RHF.

Vous connaissez parfaitement l'univers de la Restauration Hors Foyer, ses acteurs (restauration commerciale et collective, distributeurs, centrales) et ses mécanismes de négociation. Vous maîtrisez les indicateurs business : chiffre d'affaires, volumes, marge, rentabilité.

Doté(e) d'un solide tempérament commercial, vous êtes à l'aise dans les négociations à fort enjeu. Autonome, agile et force de proposition, vous savez fédérer en interne comme en externe. Une sensibilité aux enjeux de durabilité et une appétence pour la cuisine et le végétal seront de vrais atouts.
