Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur d’Agence, vous intervenez sur un secteur historique et à fort potentiel (Beauvais et sud Beauvais).

Votre rôle :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients professionnels (artisans, installateurs, plombiers chauffagistes, entreprises du bâtiment…)
  • Prospecter activement et conquérir de nouveaux clients
  • Apporter un conseil technique à forte valeur ajoutée (chauffage, sanitaire, solutions énergétiques)
  • Construire des offres adaptées et négocier dans une logique gagnant-gagnant
  • Participer activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires de l’agence
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe sédentaire

👉 vous êtes attendu(e) comme un véritable développeur, un bâtisseur.

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité.

  • Vous avez une expérience réussie en vente BtoB terrain, idéalement dans le bâtiment ou le négoce technique
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement où tout est à construire commercialement
  • Vous avez une appétence ou des compétences en chauffage / sanitaire
  • Vous aimez convaincre, négocier et créer du lien sur la durée
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
