Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Olpe suchen wir dich als Inside Sales / Mitarbeiter:in Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d).

Du bist das operative Rückgrat unseres Vertriebs. Du stellst sicher, dass Angebote, Aufträge, Lieferprozesse und abrechnungsrelevante Themen strukturiert, zuverlässig und termingerecht abgewickelt werden. Kurz gesagt: Du hältst den Laden im Vertriebsinnendienst sauber am Laufen, vom Angebot bis zur Rechnung.

Woran du bei uns arbeitest:

Vertriebsinnendienst & Kundenkommunikation

  • Betreuung und operative Unterstützung des Vertriebs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aktive telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation (B2B)
  • Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Pflege von Angeboten
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation von Angeboten, Kunden- und Vertragsdaten

Auftrags- & Abwicklungsmanagement​

  • Umfassendes Auftragsmanagement von der Auftragserfassung bis zur reibungslosen Abwicklung
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen und Drop-Shipping-Prozessen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Logistik, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen, termingerechten End-to-End-Abwicklung

Beschaffung & ERP

  • Operative Unterstützung bei Beschaffungsprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen
  • Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der vertriebsrelevanten Daten im ERP-System (Weclapp)
  • Sicherstellung eines verlässlichen Forecasts sowie Unterstützung bei der Steuerung von Lieferzyklen

Finance-Schnittstelle

  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenprozessen
  • Zuarbeit für Auswertungen und Reportings

Diese Talente bringst du mit...

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertriebsinnendienst, Inside Sales oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Weclapp
  • Gutes Zahlen- und Prozessverständnis
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Freude an operativer Verantwortung
