Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Olpe suchen wir dich als Robotics Field & Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d).

Damit bereicherst du unser Team...

Du bist direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und gleichzeitig technischer Ansprechpartner im laufenden Betrieb. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Serviceroboter korrekt installiert, verstanden und zuverlässig genutzt werden, vom ersten Setup bis zum stabilen Betrieb.

Woran du bei uns arbeitest:

Installation & Inbetriebnahme

  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Servicerobotern beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Systemtests, Kartierungen und Funktionseinweisungen
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, produktiven Betriebs beim Kundenstart

Kundenschulung & Übergabe

  • Schulung von Anwendern und Ansprechpartnern beim Kunden
  • Vermittlung technischer und praktischer Nutzungskompetenz
  • Saubere Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb

Technischer Support & After-Sales

  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Fragen und Störungen
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Koordination mit internen Teams, Herstellern und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, Service- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Zusammenarbeit & Projekte

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Operations und Technik
  • Unterstützung bei laufenden Kunden- und Implementierungsprojekten
  • Rückmeldung von Verbesserungspotenzialen aus dem Feld

Diese Talente bringst du mit...

  • Begeisterung für Service-Robotik, Technik und neue Technologien
  • Erste bis mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–3 Jahre) im technischen Umfeld (z. B. IT, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, technischer Service, Systemintegration)
  • Gute IT-Affinität (Netzwerke, Software, Systeme von Vorteil)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Werkwoche
  • Kundenorientiertes, professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Service-Robotern oder autonomen Systemen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
