  • Organisatorische, fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für die Station
  • Steuerung und Koordinierung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Umsetzung des rehabilitativen Pflegekonzeptes und Sicherstellung einer qualitativen, evidenzbasierten Versorgung der zu behandelnden Personen
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Pflege, Medizin und Therapie
  • Verantwortung für die Qualitätsentwicklung, Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung in der Pflege
  • Übernahme von Leitungs- und Führungsaufgaben auf Basis gemeinsam definierter Ziele
  • Planung der Bettenbelegung in Kooperation mit dem leitenden Stationsarzt
  • Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität anhand definierter Kriterien sowie eines reibungslosen Pflegebetriebes unter Wahrung der Patientenrechte
  • Sicherung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Teilnahme an Visiten
  • Gewährleistung einer effizienten, bedarfsgerechten Personalplanung, sowie Unterstützung des innerbetrieblichen Personalausgleichs im Bedarfsfall
  • Anwendung von Führungs- und Kommunikationsprozessen und somit für ein konstruktives, positives Arbeitsklima sorgen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Konfliktsituationen und professionelles Bearbeiten derselben
  • Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter (Mitarbeitergespräche, regelmäßige Teambesprechungen)
  • Organisation von Medikamenten und Sachmitteln, inklusive ökonomischer Lagerhaltung

Wir rechnen Ihre Vordienstzeiten an. Das monatliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt mit 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) Euro 3.409,-- brutto. Hinzu kommt eine Leitungszulage, sowie die Bereitschaft unsererseits zu einer Überzahlung - abhängig von Ihrer konkreten Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Diplom der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Bachelor of Science in Health Studies Führungserfahrung als Stationsleitung oder stellvertretende Stationsleitung Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister Absolvierte oder laufende Weiterbildung „Basales und mittleres Pflegemanagement“ Erfahrung in der Akutpflege Flexibilität, Innovationsbereitschaft und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege Kenntnisse der Rehabilitation von Vorteil Vorbildwirkung durch professionelles und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln Freude am Arbeiten im Team, respektvoller und wertschätzender Führungsstil auch in herausfordernden Zeiten Empathischer Umgang mit Patient*innen Die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu motivieren und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
