DAS ERWARTET SIE

  • Durchführung des Projektfinanzcontrollings und Abrechnung von internationalen Projekten in verschiedenen Ländern im Bereich der humanitären Hilfe und der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Budgets
  • Sicherstellen der korrekten Abwicklung von Projekten nach internen und externen Vorgaben (z.B. Geldgeberrichtlinien)
  • Prüfung von Projektabrechnungen lokaler Partnerorganisationen und Testaten lokaler Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Erstellen von Finanzberichten und Mittelverwendungsnachweisen
  • Kontakt mit lokalen Partnerorganisationen zu finanzwirtschaftlichen Themen
  • Ansprechpartner für die Gruppe Projektmanagement für finanzrelevante Themen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder finanzwirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt
  • Idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektfinanzen, Finanzen, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ein wesentlicher Teil der Kommunikation findet auf Englisch statt)
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse und insbesondere sehr gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, sowie hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Stressresistenz
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Fähigkeit, finanzwirtschaftliche Aspekte von Projekten selbständig zu managen und den Alltag selbständig zu organisieren
  • Übereinstimmung mit unseren christlichen Werten
