  • Praktische Mitarbeit in der Projektabteilung einer international operierenden Nichtregierungsorganisation (NGO)
  • Organisatorische und konzeptionelle Betreuung laufender bzw. entstehender Projekte im Bereich der Katastrophenhilfe und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem festen Aufgabenbereich mit gezielter Betreuung und Führung durch einen Kollegen des Projektmanagements
  • Theoretisches und praktisches Management von komplexen Situationen in unserem Arbeitskontext
  • Nutzung verschiedener Tools zur Umsetzung effizienter Projektarbeit
  • Mitarbeit in einem motivierten, gut ausgebildeten Team

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Immatrikulation an einer deutschen Universität oder Hochschule mit Pflichtpraktikum in der Studienordnung verschiedener Fachrichtungen
  • Interesse an humanitärer Hilfe und den Abläufen in einer NGO
  • Bereitschaft zu empathischer Arbeit über kulturelle Grenzen hinweg
  • Engagement und Leidenschaft gepaart mit Talent
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Team
  • Stressresistenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine zweite Fremdsprache ist hilfreich
