O que você vai fazer

Você será responsável por conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, atuando em diferentes níveis, segmentos e perfis profissionais.

Entre as principais atividades estão:

  • Realizar alinhamento de perfil e briefing das vagas junto aos clientes;
  • Elaborar estratégias de recrutamento de acordo com o perfil e desafio de cada posição;
  • Realizar divulgação e atração de candidatos em diferentes canais;
  • Conduzir triagem e análise de currículos;
  • Realizar entrevistas por competências;
  • Conduzir entrevistas individuais e/ou online;
  • Aplicar e analisar ferramentas de avaliação, quando necessário;
  • Elaborar pareceres e apresentações de candidatos;
  • Realizar hunting e busca ativa de profissionais;
  • Fazer acompanhamento e gestão dos candidatos durante o processo;
  • Manter contato próximo com clientes e gestores durante as etapas do processo;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e prazos das vagas;
  • Garantir uma experiência positiva para candidatos e clientes;
  • Participar de projetos e ações de melhoria dos processos de R&S da Hummanos.

O que buscamos

Procuramos uma pessoa que tenha:

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Psicologia, Gestão de RH, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Vivência com entrevistas por competências;
  • Vivência com processos de alto volume;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização e capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;
  • Perfil analítico e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Proatividade e autonomia;
  • Foco em resultados e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes perfis profissionais e clientes.
  • Morar na cidade de Uberlândia

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em consultoria de RH;
  • Experiência com hunting e busca ativa;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de recrutamento e plataformas como Gupy, Indeed, LinkedIn, InfoJobs, entre outras;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de avaliação comportamental;
  • Interesse e familiaridade com Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Experiência com vagas estratégicas, posições de liderança ou profissionais especializados.
