Uma empresa com 23 anos de história no setor de Soluções Ambientais e Agro está ampliando seu time e busca um profissional de vendas que entenda que o agronegócio se faz com confiança, respeito ao tempo da safra e excelente pós-venda.

Aqui, não buscamos aquele vendedor agressivo que quer "fechar a qualquer custo". Queremos alguém maduro, com empatia para dialogar com o produtor rural e disciplina para organizar essa rotina no nosso sistema interno.

A sua rotina: Você será o principal elo entre as nossas soluções (composto orgânico e adjuvantes agrícolas) e o mercado. Seu dia a dia será no campo, realizando visitas em um raio de até 500 km, entendendo a dor do produtor e apresentando soluções reais. Quando não estiver na fazenda, estará registrando suas visitas e propostas no nosso ERP Sankhya, respeitando as normas ambientais e de segurança da empresa.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Base técnica: Formação Técnica Agrícola ou Agronomia, para falar a mesma língua do cliente.
  • CNH B na mão e disposição para rodar a região com o carro da empresa.
  • Responsabilidade e maturidade: somos uma cultura de muito respeito aos procedimentos operacionais e uso de frota rastreada.
  • Gostar de relacionamento duradouro com o cliente.
  • Familiaridade com o sistema Sankhya é um baita diferencial.

Pacote de Remuneração: 1% de comissão sobre as vendas + VA + Auxílio Combustível/Transporte + Plano de Saúde e Odonto + Campanhas internas que podem render até. Trabalho de segunda a sexta, das 07h30 às 17h18.
