Estamos em busca de uma profissional para assumir a supervisão da área de Recrutamento e Seleção, atuando na gestão da equipe, acompanhamento dos processos e garantia da qualidade das entregas realizadas aos clientes.

A profissional terá papel importante na organização da operação, no desenvolvimento do time e na condução de processos seletivos de diferentes níveis de complexidade.

Principais desafios da posição

  • Liderar e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe de Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Organizar e distribuir as demandas entre os profissionais do time;
  • Monitorar o andamento das vagas, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, prazos, posições trabalhadas, vagas encerradas e efetividade dos processos;
  • Orientar a equipe na definição das melhores estratégias para atração e seleção de candidatos;
  • Participar de processos seletivos estratégicos ou que apresentem maior grau de complexidade;
  • Conduzir alinhamentos de perfil junto aos clientes;
  • Revisar e assegurar a qualidade das entrevistas, avaliações e pareceres encaminhados;
  • Identificar antecipadamente possíveis riscos de atraso ou dificuldade de fechamento das vagas;
  • Realizar feedbacks e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental da equipe;
  • Contribuir para a criação e melhoria de processos, ferramentas e metodologias de R&S;
  • Apoiar a liderança nas decisões relacionadas à operação e aos resultados da área.

O que esperamos de você

  • Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência consistente na área de Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Experiência com alta volumetria de vagas
  • Experiência com liderança, coordenação ou supervisão de profissionais de R&S;
  • Vivência com processos seletivos de diferentes perfis e níveis hierárquicos;
  • Domínio de técnicas de entrevista e seleção por competências;
  • Domínio de ferramentas ATS
  • Capacidade de acompanhar e interpretar indicadores e metas;
  • Desejável experiência em consultorias de RH, empresas de recrutamento, agências de emprego ou operações com grande volume de vagas.
