The posting

Buscamos um(a) profissional de vendas com iniciativa, perfil comunicativo e forte orientação para resultados, para atuar na venda presencial de motocicletas de 125, 160 e 170 cilindradas.

Será responsável pelo atendimento consultivo, prospecção ativa de clientes, captação de novos compradores, identificação de oportunidades comerciais, apresentação dos modelos, negociação, contorno de objeções, fechamento de vendas e acompanhamento de clientes por meio de follow-up.

Também deverá atuar no pós-venda, fortalecendo o relacionamento com os clientes, estimulando indicações e gerando novas oportunidades de negócio.

Responsabilidades do cargo:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa e desenvolver estratégias para captação de novos clientes.
  • Identificar potenciais compradores, gerar leads e transformar oportunidades em vendas.
  • Converter atendimentos e contatos comerciais em negócios efetivos.
  • Negociar com segurança, contornar objeções e apresentar alternativas para viabilizar a compra.
  • Realizar follow-up sistemático com clientes em negociação, mantendo o relacionamento até a tomada de decisão.
  • Trabalhar a carteira de clientes, reativar contatos e identificar oportunidades de recompra e indicação.
  • Cumprir metas comerciais, com foco em produtividade, conversão e fechamento de vendas.
  • Desenvolver conhecimento sobre motocicletas, cilindradas, motores, desempenho, consumo e manutenção básica.

Experiência, atuação e conhecimentos na função:

  • Experiência em vendas de motocicletas, veículos ou segmento automotivo será um diferencial.
  • Atuação em vendas consultivas, prospecção ativa, negociação e fechamento comercial.
  • Conhecimento ou afinidade com motocicletas e disposição para aprender sobre os produtos.
  • Habilidade em prospecção de clientes, geração de leads, abordagem comercial e identificação de oportunidades.
  • Facilidade para estabelecer contato, criar relacionamento, argumentar e contornar objeções.
  • Perfil proativo, persuasivo, persistente e resiliente diante de negativas.
  • Organização para gerenciar carteira de clientes, acompanhar negociações e realizar follow-up.
  • Orientação para metas, conversão de vendas, fidelização, indicações e resultados.
  • Capacidade de persistir na negociação de forma estratégica.

Remuneração e benefícios:

  • Salário fixo: R$ 2.600,00.
  • Comissão: 1% sobre as vendas, conforme política comercial.
  • Benefício: R$ 796,40 via Valecard, destinado à alimentação e ao transporte.
  • Remuneração e comissões registradas em folha de pagamento.

Jornada de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, e aos sábados, das 8h às 12h.

Modalidade: Presencial.

Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo.
