Empresa de grande porte pernambucana com 46 anos de mercado está estruturando sua área corporativa de Dados, Analytics e Arquitetura. Buscamos um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Soluções e Integração para atuar no desenho, avaliação e integração das soluções do grupo, apoiando diretamente a Gerência de Dados, Analytics e Arquitetura Corporativa em um momento de construção, integração de sistemas e criação de data lake corporativo.

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Apoiar o desenho de soluções tecnológicas para demandas corporativas e dos negócios, avaliando impactos em sistemas, dados, integrações, infraestrutura e processos.
  • Avaliar a aderência técnica de soluções de mercado, sistemas internos, ERP e sistemas legados, contribuindo para decisões de arquitetura e evolução tecnológica.
  • Acompanhar tecnicamente o projeto de dados conduzido por consultoria externa, validando as entregas e recebendo o hand-off para manter a solução em operação.
  • Entender a arquitetura dos ERPs em uso (Totvs/Protheus e sistema hoteleiro) e apoiar a integração entre eles e a construção do data lake corporativo.
  • Definir, junto à liderança, padrões técnicos de integração entre sistemas — APIs, ETL/ELT, eventos, dados e aplicações.
  • Apoiar a racionalização do portfólio de aplicações, identificando redundâncias, riscos e oportunidades de simplificação e integração.
  • Contribuir para a governança de dados (catálogo, qualidade, papéis, linhagem) e apoiar projetos de BI/Analytics na definição de modelos e padrões de consumo de dados.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de negócio, governança de TI, fornecedores e consultorias, articulando e priorizando demandas e roadmaps tecnológicos.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em arquitetura de soluções e integração de sistemas em ambientes corporativos.
  • Vivência com ERP e integração entre sistemas corporativos (APIs, ETL/ELT, eventos).
  • Noção consistente de dados e analytics, com capacidade de evoluir nessa frente.
  • Forte perfil relacional e de comunicação, com desenvoltura para transitar entre TI e áreas de negócio e lidar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
  • Proatividade e autonomia para conduzir demandas de ponta a ponta — recebendo e, sobretudo, indo atrás das áreas para garantir a entrega.
  • Graduação em Engenharia da Computação, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial na matriz, em Recife (Boa Viagem).

🟢 DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência com Totvs/Protheus e com projetos de data lake ou integração de dados.
  • Vivência com dados, analytics e governança de dados (certificação DAMA é um diferencial).
  • Experiência com plataformas low-code/no-code, automações e iniciativas de IA/GenAI.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex.: Jira) e com o ecossistema Microsoft.
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Dados & IA, Arquitetura Empresarial ou Inovação.
  • Inglês para leitura e entendimento técnico.
