Buscamos Executivos Comerciais para vender soluções de gestão empresarial na região. É uma oportunidade para profissionais de vendas com forte orientação a meta e a resultado, que gostam de estar na rua, prospectar e conduzir a venda consultiva do início ao fim, com uma estrutura completa de suporte a deslocamento e um modelo de remuneração que recompensa a performance.

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes na região de atuação, construindo e mantendo uma agenda semanal cheia
  • Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas: qualificação, apresentação, demonstração da solução, negociação e fechamento
  • Vender a implantação do ERP para empresas, atuando de forma consultiva sobre as dores de gestão do cliente
  • Cumprir e superar metas de vendas, com foco em resultado e comissionamento
  • Realizar visitas e viagens à região sob sua responsabilidade, inclusive permanências em cidades mais distantes quando necessário
  • Alinhar semanalmente a agenda e o planejamento com a liderança (toda sexta-feira)
  • Estudar continuamente o produto e o mercado para uma abordagem segura e de credibilidade

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Experiência em vendas externas B2B, com prospecção ativa e fechamento
  • Forte orientação a meta, comissão e resultado (mentalidade de ganho por performance, não apenas fixo)
  • Disposição real para estudar e dominar um produto técnico e complexo (ERP), sem expectativa de aprendizado superficial
  • Resiliência e mentalidade de médio prazo para o ciclo de maturação inicial da carteira
  • Excelente comunicação, capacidade de negociação e postura consultiva
  • Carro próprio (imprescindível para os deslocamentos)
  • Disponibilidade full time para atuação em campo, sem restrições que limitem a presença na rua
  • Disponibilidade para os primeiros 30 dias de treinamento presencial no escritório

🟢 DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência em vendas de software, ERP ou implantação de sistemas de gestão
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas de ticket médio para empresas
  • Conhecimento do mercado e do ecossistema de gestão empresarial (nota fiscal, financeiro, processos)
  • Familiaridade com CRM e disciplina de funil
  • Residir na cidade da vaga (São Luís, Imperatriz) ou região
