Ser o olhar e a câmera do Executivo no dia a dia, transformando a rotina dele em conteúdo para o perfil pessoal no LinkedIn e no Instagram. É uma vaga para quem é incansável, propositivo, resolve e tem senso de dono: não espera pauta pronta, não depende de aprovação a cada passo e não deixa conteúdo parado na pasta.

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Acompanhar o Executivo em reuniões, visitas, eventos, palestras e viagens, sempre pronto para registrar o que vale a pena contar.
  • Propor pautas toda semana: bastidores, decisões, aprendizados de liderança, a jornada da empresa e a visão do Executivo sobre mercado e gestão.
  • Conversar com o Executivo para tirar dele ideias e histórias, e escrever roteiros, ganchos e legendas no tom e no jeito dele.
  • Gravar com câmera e celular, cuidando de enquadramento, luz e áudio, inclusive em situações improvisadas e fora do escritório.
  • Editar com ritmo de rede social: cortes, legendas, trilha, vinhetas e versões para cada formato (Reels, vídeo do LinkedIn, stories e carrossel).
  • Publicar e manter o calendário em dia, com meta de publicar em até 48 horas depois da gravação.
  • Organizar o próprio acervo: arquivos nomeados, backup em dia e banco de imagens do Executivo pronto para reaproveitar.
  • Acompanhar os números toda semana (alcance, engajamento, salvamentos e novos seguidores) e chegar com proposta do que manter, do que cortar e do que testar.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Experiência em Marketing e redes sociais
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos produzindo conteúdo em vídeo para redes sociais, com portfólio de vídeos gravados e editados pela própria pessoa.

🚨 DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Conhecimento em Google Workspace
  • experiência com Canva ou ferramentas de design.
  • Portfólio com vídeos gravados e editados pela própria pessoa. Edição em Premiere, DaVinci ou CapCut.
  • Domínio de câmera, celular, captação de áudio e luz.
  • Experiência com marca pessoal de executivos ou fundadores é um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar e horário flexível, acompanhando a agenda do Executivo.
  • Perfil incansável, proativo e com olhar estético apurado.
