Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) Comercial com forte atuação em venda consultiva de software, responsável por liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de vendas no dia a dia. Esse profissional terá papel-chave no momento atual da empresa, que possui um produto validado e em evolução, garantindo a execução das estratégias comerciais, o alcance das metas e a consistência na performance do time.

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Supervisionar e orientar a equipe comercial, garantindo o cumprimento de metas, processos e boas práticas de vendas;
  • Atuar ativamente na venda consultiva de software, apoiando o time no fechamento de novos negócios e na renovação de contratos;
  • Garantir a execução do planejamento estratégico, alinhando a rotina do time aos objetivos de crescimento da empresa;
  • Treinar, desenvolver e dar feedback contínuo à equipe, capacitando o time para lidar com objeções e entender profundamente o produto;
  • Acompanhar e analisar KPIs da equipe, atuando pontualmente na melhoria dos indicadores de conversão e retenção;
  • Dominar as funcionalidades e diferenciais do produto, garantindo que o time transmita com clareza a proposta de valor;
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas de vendas, apoiando o time na negociação com clientes e no entendimento de suas dores;
  • Garantir a consistência no discurso comercial, alinhando a abordagem da equipe à entrega real do produto.

🔧 REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:

  • Experiência prévia em supervisão comercial e escala de vendas, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou software;
  • Vivência com venda consultiva, com entendimento de processos e jornada do cliente;
  • Experiência equilibrada entre vendas de novos negócios e renovação/gestão de carteira;
  • Capacidade analítica para leitura de indicadores e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Experiência com estruturação de times, liderança e processos comerciais;
  • Conhecimento ou facilidade para aprofundamento em produto, processos e contexto técnico (ex.: legislação, regras de negócio, etc.);
  • Possuir CNH B ativa.

PERFIL COMPORTAMENTAL:

  • Perfil híbrido: comercial + analítico (não apenas “força de vendas”);
  • Capacidade de se aprofundar no produto e entender o contexto do cliente;
  • Visão estratégica aliada à execução prática;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de condução de times;
  • Foco em resultado com consistência e organização.
