💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Monitorar com atenção constante as imagens das localidades e sistema de alarme, monitorados no Centro de Controle;
  • Ficar atento ao monitoramento de imagens e sinais de alarmes;
  • Atender e tratar de maneira cortês clientes internos e externos (Funcionários, prestadores de serviços, fornecedores, etc.);
  • Monitorar entradas e saídas de pessoas das localidades internas;
  • Identificar possíveis invasores para tratativas e seguir com as providências;
  • Acionar coordenador e os responsáveis do cliente quando haver ocorrência de invasão, seguindo protocolo pré-estabelecido;
  • Realizar abertura de ordem de serviços em sistema para o setor de manutenção;
  • Receber e analisar alerta de Sistema;
  • Buscar e armazenar imagens sempre quando solicitado para apresentar soluções ou tratativas de ocorrências;
  • Acionar o técnico plantonista quando necessário;
  • Fazer baixa de ocorrências no caso de não invasão e abrir ordem de serviço para resolução do SAE (Sistema de Alarme Eletrônico);
  • Fazer registro de passagem de troca de plantão;
  • Fazer resgate de imagem em caso de alarme para identificar intrusão;
  • Elaborar relatório de ocorrência constando as evidências de intrusão e enviar o relatório para o supervisor;
  • Apoiar a coordenação quando necessário;
  • Comunicar e treinar outros nos processos e normas internas do cliente e da empresa;
  • Atualizar cadastro de cliente em Sistema.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Familiaridade com tecnologias.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office.
  • Boa escrita e digitação.
  • Experiência prévia em monitoramento.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 12x36 - diurno.
