💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Prospecção de Leads: Identificar e pesquisar potenciais clientes utilizando diversas ferramentas e técnicas de prospecção;
  • Contato Inicial: Fazer contato inicial via telefone, e-mail e redes sociais, sempre de forma personalizada e alinhada à nossa cultura informal e amigável;
  • Qualificação de Leads: Qualificar leads com base em critérios pré-estabelecidos, garantindo que apenas leads com real potencial sejam passados para o time de vendas;
  • Gerenciamento de Pipeline: Atualizar e gerenciar o pipeline de vendas no CRM, garantindo que todas as interações sejam registradas e acompanhadas;
  • Análise de Dados: Analisar os dados de interação e resposta dos leads para otimizar as abordagens e estratégias de prospecção;
  • Alinhamento com o Time de Vendas: Colaborar com o time de vendas para garantir que os leads sejam adequadamente preparados e informados antes de passarem para o próximo estágio do funil de vendas.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Superior Completo ou em andamento em administração, direito, comercial ou afins;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM (como Salesforce, Ploomes, RD Station) e plataformas de automação de e-mail;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, capazes de capturar a atenção do lead e construir uma relação de confiança;
  • Capacidade de realizar pesquisas de mercado e identificar oportunidades de negócios;
  • Experiência em vendas, especialmente no ambiente B2B, é um diferencial;
  • Experiência sólida em funções similares ou em áreas correlatas, como atendimento ao cliente ou suporte de vendas;
  • Cursos e certificações em Vendas, Prospecção ou Inside Sales são altamente valorizados.
