Sairaanhoitaja, tule meille töihin Lasten kotisairaalan akuuttipuolelle!

Hoidamme Lasten kotisairaalassa akuutisti sairastuneita tai lyhyitä hoitokontakteja tarvitsevia lapsia ja nuoria heidän kotonaan. Kotisairaalan hoitajana mahdollistat lapsen kotihoidon sairaalahoidon sijaan.

Työ on pääosin kotikäynneillä tehtävää kaksivuorotyötä viikon jokaisena päivänä. Teemme tiivistä yhteistyötä potilaan ja hänen perheensä kanssa.

Toivomme sinulta innostunutta työotetta ja halua olla mukana kehittämässä toimintaa yhdessä osaavan hoitotiimin kanssa. Arvostamme asiakaslähtöistä, kehitysmyönteisyyttä sekä hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaitoja.

Kokemus työskentelystä lasten erikoissairaanhoidossa katsotaan eduksi paikkaa täytettäessä. Tarjoamme yksilöllisen perehdytyksen, sekä monipuolista koulutusta jatkuvasti kehittyvässä ja monien mahdollisuuksien toimintaympäristössä. Tehtävä antaa myös mahdollisuuden kehittyä lasten palliatiivisen hoidon asiantuntijaksi.

Kotikäyntejä varten tarvitset ajokortin. Kotikäynneillä sinulla on sairaalan auto käytössäsi. IV-lääkeluvat tulee suorittaa nopeasti.

Tehtäväkohtainen palkka on 3218,18 €/kk ja mahdolliset kokemus- ja muut lisät.

Tehtävän kelpoisuusehdot

Laillistettu sairaanhoitaja.

Kielitaitovaatimuksena on suomen kielen hyvä suullinen ja kirjallinen taito ja ruotsin kielen tyydyttävä suullinen ja kirjallinen taito taikka ruotsin kielen hyvä suullinen ja kirjallinen taito ja suomen kielen tyydyttävä suullinen ja kirjallinen taito.

Edellytämme asiakas- ja potilastiloissa työskentelevältä tartuntatautilain mukaista rokotussuojaa, ja terveydenhuollon toimintayksiköissä työskentelevältä terveydentilan selvitystä keuhkotuberkuloosista.

Tehtävään valitun tulee esittää rikosrekisterilain (770/1993) 6 §:n 2 mom. mukainen lasten kanssa työskenteleviltä vaadittava rekisteriote.
