Als Technischer Produktdesigner (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unsere mechanische Produktentwicklung von der konstruktiven Ausarbeitung bis zur fertigungsgerechten Dokumentation. Du arbeitest eng mit weiteren Fachabteilungen zusammen und stellst eine hohe Qualität unserer technischen Produktdaten sicher.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Änderung von 3D-CAD-Modellen, Baugruppen und technischen Zeichnungen mit CATIA V5
  • Ausarbeitung konstruktiver Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwicklungsingenieuren
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklung bei Neuproduktentwicklungen, Produktänderungen und Produktpflege
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Stücklisten (BOM) sowie Sicherstellung der Konsistenz zwischen CAD-, PLM- und Produktdaten im PLM-System Siemens Teamcenter
  • Anlage, Pflege und Änderung von Teilen und Baugruppen in Siemens Teamcenter
  • Unterstützung bei Engineering Changes / Änderungsprozessen (ECN)
  • Prüfung und Optimierung bestehender Konstruktions- und Zeichnungsdaten hinsichtlich Qualität, Vollständigkeit und Normkonformität
  • Aufbereitung und Qualitätssicherung von migrierten CAD- und Produktdaten
  • Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsstandards für CAD-Daten, beispielsweise durch entsprechende Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Produktion, Industrial Engineering, Qualität und Einkauf

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Produktdesigner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CATIA V5 und Siemens Teamcenter
  • Erfahrung mit Stücklisten, Produktdatenmanagement und Änderungsprozessen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse im technischen Zeichnungswesen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Die Stelle ist für zwei Jahre befristet.
