Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Hintergrund: Erfahrung in der Disposition/Servicekoordination – ideal im HLS-Umfeld (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär) oder in einem handwerklichen/serviceorientierten Bereich
  • Tool-Kompetenz: Du arbeitest sicher mit ERP-/Ticketsystemen und Office (z. B. Outlook, Excel).
  • Kommunikation: Klar, verbindlich, freundlich – am Telefon wie schriftlich
  • Organisationstalent: Du priorisierst smart, behältst unter Zeitdruck Ruhe und triffst pragmatische Entscheidungen
  • Denke in Lösungen: „Geht nicht“ ist nicht dein Stil – Du findest Wege
  • Sprache: Sehr gutes Deutsch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Nice to have: Grundverständnis für HLS-Komponenten (z. B. Kessel, Wärmepumpe, Trinkwasser, Lüftungsanlagen)

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

  • Einsatzplanung & Tourensteuerung: Du disponierst unsere HLS-Techniker:innen – effizient, fair und kundennah
  • Kundenkommunikation: Du nimmst Anfragen an, priorisierst Tickets (Störung/Wartung/Projekt) und hältst alle auf dem Laufenden
  • Koordination von Material & Terminen: Du checkst Verfügbarkeit, bestellst bei Bedarf nach und stellst sicher, dass beim Termin alles passt
  • Servicequalität: Du achtest auf Reaktions- und Lösungszeiten, dokumentierst sauber und schließt Aufträge sauber ab
  • Schnittstelle im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Bau-/Serviceleitung, Lager/ Einkauf und Buchhaltung zusammen
  • Notfall- & Bereitschaftsplanung: Du organisierst Rufbereitschaften und reagierst gelassen, wenn’s mal brennt
