Wir suchen neue Kollegen (m/w/d) für die Bodenbeschichtung. Firmensitz der BIK UHR ist in Harrislee bei Flensburg – unsere Projekte sind deutschlandweit.

Wir realisieren belastbare Beschichtungssysteme für Industrie, Gewerbe und technische Bereiche. Je nach Anforderung arbeiten wir mit Epoxidharz-, Polyurethan- oder PMMA-Systemen – abgestimmt auf Belastung, Chemie, Reinigung und Nutzung.

Die BIK Uhr ist Teil der HWP Handwerkspartner Gruppe.

Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Bodenbeschichtung? Perfekt. Du kommst aus einem anderen handwerklichen Beruf und möchtest Dich spezialisieren? Ebenfalls spannend für uns.

Wir suchen sowohl erfahrene Mitarbeiter aus der Bodenbeschichtung als auch handwerklich starke Kollegen aus verwandten Berufen, zum Beispiel: Maler und Lackierer, Bodenleger, Estrichleger, Fliesenleger, Maurer, Betonbauer, Bauwerksabdichter, Bautenschützer, Verputzer, Bauhelfer mit Erfahrung, handwerkliche Quereinsteiger.

Wichtig ist nicht der perfekte Berufsname. Wichtig ist, dass Du sauber arbeitest, zuverlässig bist und Lust auf Spezialhandwerk hast.

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

Du arbeitest im Team auf Baustellen in ganz Deutschland und sorgst dafür, dass aus einem normalen Untergrund ein starker Industrieboden wird.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Untergründe vorbereiten, schleifen, reinigen und ausbessern
  • Grundierungen und Beschichtungen auftragen
  • Epoxidharz-, PU- und PMMA-Systeme verarbeiten
  • Materialien mischen, verteilen und sauber einarbeiten
  • Flächen abkleben, einteilen und vorbereiten
  • gemeinsam im Team für Qualität und saubere Ergebnisse sorgen

Wenn Du bereits Erfahrung mit Beschichtungssystemen hast, kannst Du Dein Wissen direkt einbringen. Wenn Du aus einem artverwandten Gewerk kommst, arbeiten wir Dich gründlich ein.

Montage – was heißt das bei uns? Unsere Baustellen sind deutschlandweit. Deshalb bist Du mit Deinem Team auf Montage unterwegs. Das bedeutet: Du arbeitest nicht jeden Tag am gleichen Ort, sondern auf verschiedenen Projekten in Industrie, Gewerbe und Technik. Du kommst rum, arbeitest im festen Team und sammelst Erfahrung auf spannenden Baustellen.

Montage passt zu Dir, wenn Du gerne unterwegs bist, Abwechslung magst und kein Problem damit hast, auch mal mehrere Tage nicht zu Hause zu sein.
