Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, HLS Monteur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Mess- und Regeltechnik sowie elektrotechnischen Grundlagen
  • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

Installation und Montage

  • Montage von Klimaanlagen, Lüftungssystemen und Kälteanlagen in Gebäuden (privat, gewerblich, industriell)
  • Verlegung von Rohren, Leitungen und Kanälen für Kältemittel, Luft und Wasser
  • Einbau von Verdichtern, Verdampfern, Wärmetauschern und Lüftern
  • Elektrische Verdrahtung der Anlagen und Inbetriebnahme

Wartung und Inspektion

  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle von Anlagen auf Funktionstüchtigkeit, Dichtheit und Verschleiß
  • Austausch von Verschleißteilen wie Filter, Dichtungen und Drosselventilen
  • Überprüfung der Kältemittelmengen und gegebenenfalls Auffüllen
  • Messung von Temperatur, Druck und Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten zur Funktionsprüfung

Reparatur und Störungsbeseitigung

  • Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen an Kälte- und Klimaanlagen
  • Austausch defekter Bauteile, wie Kompressoren, Kondensatoren oder Elektronik
  • Löt- und Schweißarbeiten an Rohrleitungen zur Beseitigung von Leckagen

Dokumentation und Beratung

  • Erstellung von Wartungsberichten und Dokumentationen zu durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Beratung von Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung und Pflege der Anlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Auswahl passender Systeme

Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften

  • Arbeiten nach gültigen Sicherheitsstandards (Arbeitsschutz, Brandschutz)
  • Umgang mit Kältemitteln unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (z.B. F-Gas-Verordnung)
  • Umweltgerechte Entsorgung von Kältemitteln und Bauteilen
