Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich mit hervorragendem Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem High Performance Umfeld (Corporate M&A, Transaction Advisory Services, Investment Banking, etc.)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse/ Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Finanzanalyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Due Diligence
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Analytische Denkweise, strategisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen
  • Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

  • Steuerung und Verantwortung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses - von der Target-Identifizierung bis zum Closing, insbesondere bei Asset Deals
  • Durchführung detaillierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um potenzielle Zielunternehmen zu bewerten und deren Potenzial für Synergien und Wachstumspotenzial zu ermitteln
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von M&A-Prozessen, Tools und Bewertungsmodellen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Entwicklung der gruppenweiten M&A-Roadmap gemeinsam mit unserem M&A Team
  • Mitwirken bei komplexen Sonderprojekten der Gruppe
  • Sparringspartner für das PMI-Team
