Bei Maler Nielandt in Lübeck suchen wir keine fertige Führungskraft mit jahrelanger Erfahrung. Wir suchen jemanden, der neugierig ist, Verantwortung übernehmen möchte und Lust hat, sich weiterzuentwickeln.

Mit einem strukturierten Einarbeitungsplan und viel Training on the Job lernst Du unseren Standort Schritt für Schritt kennen – fachlich, kaufmännisch und organisatorisch.

Du bist Malermeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker für Farbtechnik / Farb- und Lacktechnik und möchtest mehr aus Deiner Qualifikation machen.

  • gern mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern arbeitest

  • Baustellen und Projekte betreuen
  • Kunden beraten und Ansprechpartner sein
  • Angebote und Kalkulationen erstellen
  • Aufträge organisieren und begleiten
  • neue Kunden und Projekte gewinnen
  • mit Mitarbeitern, Lieferanten und Partnern zusammenarbeiten
  • wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge eines Handwerksbetriebes kennenlernen
  • eigene Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Standortes einbringen
