Projekt- und Montageteamleiter Elektro (m/w/d) Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Ahrensburg

Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Fundierte berufliche Praxis im Elektrohandwerk / Energie- & Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise mit Verantwortung auf Baustellen (z. B. Vorarbeiter:in/Obermonteur:in)
  • Routine in der Anleitung kleiner Teams sowie Freude am Wissenstransfer
  • Überblick, Entscheidungsfreude und verlässliche Kommunikation mit Kundschaft und Gewerken
  • Sorgfältige, sichere Arbeitsweise und Lust, Dinge strukturiert zu verbessern
  • (Plus) Kenntnisse relevanter DIN-VDE-Normen und Erfahrung in Prüf- und Messprotokollen

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

  • Koordination und aktive Mitarbeit bei Installations-, Sanierungs- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten in der Energie- & Gebäudetechnik
  • Einweisung, Anleitung und fachliche Entwicklung weniger erfahrener Teammitglieder (Mentoring)
  • Planung der Tagesabläufe, Materialdisposition in Abstimmung mit Lager/Einkauf
  • Qualitäts-, Termin- und Arbeitssicherheitskontrolle auf der Baustelle (u. a. nach DGUV/VDE)
  • Schnittstelle zur Projekt-/Bauleitung, inkl. kurzer Dokumentation (z. B. Aufmaße, Nachträge, Fotodoku, Messprotokolle)
  • Je nach Projekt: Installation von Stark-/Schwachstromanlagen, Beleuchtung, Verteilungen, Netzwerktechnik sowie Einbindung von PV-, Speicher- und Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Die Jürgen Kleinke GmbH arbeitet aktiv an der Energiewende, übernimmt auch die Elektroinstallation von Wärmepumpen und das passende Monitoring von PV-Anlagen, Wärmepumpen und anderen Stromverbrauchern im Haus
