Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektsteuerung, idealerweise in der Betoninstandsetzung und/oder im Korrosionsschutz
  • Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, Termin- und Kostenplanung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und bauspezifischer Software
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Hier bringst Du Dich ein:

  • Kundenansprache & ProjektakquiseAufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Gewerbe, Wohnen, Energie und Versorgung Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für neue Projekte Vertragsverhandlungen und Projektanbahnung
  • Projektmanagement & BauleitungSteuerung und Überwachung von Bauvorhaben von der Planung bis zur Abnahme Kosten- und Terminkontrolle sowie Material- und Personaldisposition Sicherstellung der Qualität und Einhaltung technischer Standards
  • Kundenbetreuung & AbrechnungBegleitung des Kunden während der gesamten Bauphase Dokumentation und Abrechnung der Bauleistungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
