Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker oder Meister mit Erfahrung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich TGA
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und der HOAI
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Planungssoftware (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit, liNear, Solar-Computer) sowie MS Office
  • Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme
  • Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten, darunter Kunden, Planer, Nachunternehmer und interne Fachbereiche
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Projektabwicklung
  • Prüfung technischer Unterlagen sowie Abstimmung und Optimierung von Planungskonzepten
  • Steuerung der Bauausführung inklusive Qualitätskontrolle, Dokumentation und Abnahmen
  • Überwachung von Budgets, Nachträgen und Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungen
