Das Bauunternehmen W. Tschirch HWP GmbH wurde als Familienbetrieb vor über 30 Jahren in Berlin gegründet. Zu unseren Kernleistungen zählen vor allem der erweiterte Rohbau, Betonarbeiten und Maurerarbeiten jeglicher Art. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei neben dem Neubau das Bauen im Bestand in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Gewerbe und Wohnungsbau. Unser Einsatzort erstreckt sich über Berlin und Umland.

Die Bauunternehmen W.Tschirch HWP GmbH ist Teil der HWP Handwerkspartner Gruppe.

Standort: aktuell Berlin-Pankow | ab Dezember 2026 Berlin Tempelhof, Colditzstraße 34-36.

Senior Bauleiter mit Standortverantwortung (m/w/d)

Vollzeit | unbefristet

Sie sind Bauleiter aus Überzeugung, denken aber längst nicht mehr nur in einzelnen Baustellen?

Sie sehen technische Lösungen, behalten Kosten und Termine im Blick und wissen aus Erfahrung, wann ein Projekt Unterstützung oder eine klare Entscheidung braucht?

Wir suchen jemanden, der Baustellen aus der Praxis kennt und gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich denkt.

Vielleicht arbeiten Sie heute als (m/w/d):

Der konkrete Titel ist für uns weniger entscheidend als Ihre Erfahrung.

Sie sollten:

  • Bauprojekte selbstständig steuern können
  • sichere Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung besitzen
  • Kosten, Termine und Qualität gleichermaßen im Blick behalten
  • wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge verstehen
  • Entscheidungen treffen und vertreten können
  • pragmatische Lösungen für Baustellenprobleme finden
  • sicher mit Auftraggebern und Projektpartnern kommunizieren
  • gerne im Team arbeiten und fachlichen Austausch schätzen

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie arbeiten aktiv im operativen Baugeschäft und übernehmen je nach Projektlage eigene Bauvorhaben oder begleiten besonders anspruchsvolle Projekte.

Darüber hinaus sind Sie eine wichtige fachliche Anlaufstelle innerhalb unseres Standortes.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen beispielsweise:

  • eigenständige Leitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten
  • Koordination von Bauabläufen, Terminen und Beteiligten
  • Überwachung von Qualität und Kosten
  • Kalkulation und Prüfung von Angeboten
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Nachträgen
  • wirtschaftliche Bewertung laufender Projekte
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Planern und Nachunternehmern
  • Steuerung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei schwierigen technischen oder organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Abstimmung innerhalb unseres Bauleitungsteams
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kapazitäts- und Projektplanung des Standortes
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Ihre Erfahrung ist dabei nicht nur für Ihre eigenen Projekte gefragt.

Auch innerhalb unseres Bauleitungsteams schätzen wir den fachlichen Austausch, kurze Wege und die Bereitschaft, Erfahrungen und Lösungen miteinander zu teilen.
