Für unseren Handwerksbetrieb Schalm Service GmbH suchen wir Sie zur Verstärkung unseres Teams als

Servicetechniker Heizung / Sanitär (m/w/d) Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Mönchengladbach | ab sofort

Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Heizungsbauer, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, Service oder in der Wartung von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Messgeräten
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen beim Kunden vor Ort

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Reparatur und Austausch defekter Bauteile, Armaturen und Anlagenkomponenten
  • Durchführung von Funktions-, Sicherheits- und Dichtheitsprüfungen
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Heizungs- und Sanitärkomponenten
  • Behebung von Undichtigkeiten, Verstopfungen und Rohrleitungsproblemen
  • Optimierung und Einstellung von Heizungsanlagen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten
  • Beratung und Einweisung der Kunden in Bedienung, Wartung und Pflege der Anlagen
